From February 2018 The first in the Republic of Belarus, the Senhanse robotic system of the TransEnterixcompany (USA) is installed and is operating at the Republican Clinical Medical Center of the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus. On 01.02.2019 using this system, 59 surgical interventions were performed. The robotic system proved to be quite simple to learn and use. In addition to performing the necessary basic operations, the robotic system is introduced in the surgery of colorectal cancer, in the formations of the liver and kidneys.Work on this system showed the ability to perform high-precision, precision surgery, which contributed to the absence of intra- and postoperative complications, as well as the lack of conversions to classical laparoscopy or an open method. This allows you to send its application in the section of highly traumatic surgical interventions for benign and malignant pathology of the abdominal cavity, small pelvis and retroperitoneal space.
