Groups of anticoagulants and their practical use are described in the article. The aspect of patients’ perioperational consultations is considered. Bleeding treatment algorithms during anticoagulants administration are discussed. The recommendations on anticoagulants inhibitors application approved by the USA and European medical societies are considered.
