A comparative analysis of the immediate and long-term results of treating patients with the apical periodontal disease using various means for the root canal antiseptic treatment was carried out. The appliance of Dentiseptin-3.0 and Endoseptin-17, domestic remedies developed for antiseptic root canal treatment, allowed improve the indicators of the apical periodontium state, alleviate the disease course, and get 95.6% of teeth with a normal apical periodontium in 24 months. Thus, the new domestic means for the antiseptic root canal treatment may be recommended for using in health care institutions of the Republic of Belarus.
