Diabetic foot, a diabetes mellitus complication, management is being discussed in the article. Cardiologic counseling when metabolic control of diabetes mellitus has been achieved and the comorbid pathology associated with diabetic foot ulcer is managed using special conservative methods of treating the diabetic foot ulcers is described. Clinical diagnosis and treatment algorithms are discussed basing on the clinical recommendations of medical societies United States and Europe.
