TWO TRICHOBEZOARS IN A CHILD COMPLICATED WITH A PEPTIC ULCER OF LOW CURVATURE

When the stomach foreign body is formed from the swallowed hair and wool that cannot be digested it is a trichobezoar. Trichobezoars occur rare being especially infrequent in children therefore so little is known about the pathology to a wide range of health workers and it is usually recognized at complication stages. The main task of the publication is to inform a wide range of doctors that timely detection and removal of the stomach trichobezoar allows avoiding complications such as bleeding from ulcers, the esophagus and stomach obstruction, phlegmon, the stomach wall perforation, peritonitis.
