Current knowledge about the spread of cancer localized in the oropharyngeal zone is presented. The ways for the lymphatic drainage of tumor certain locations are described in detail. The clinical manifestations are shown depending on the cancer location. Modern approaches to head and neck cancer diagnosis are discussed.
