Objective. Solving the problem of saving of the pregnant women’s reproductive health is possible only through introducing modern scientific knowledge and effective technologies of prevention. For this purpose, the factors of women’s lifestyle during pregnancy were determined, the features of groups of women with polar medical and behavioral characteristics were identified, the effect on women’s health-saving behavior on pregnancy parity was studied.
Materials and methods. The data obtained in the survey of 1122 pregnant women (the sample representative for the Republic) was analyzed.
Results. It has been confirmed statistically that the impact of pregnancy parity on the responsible reproductive behavior is negative. The major medical and behavioral characteristics of a pregnant woman have been established. The marital status and the level of security, physical activity before and during pregnancy, and walks in the fresh air have been found to have a major impact on the health self-esteem by the pregnant women.
Conclusion. Such a factor as physical activity is manageable and can be used by an obstetrician-gynecologist in prevention programs.Ключевые слова:
