PROLIFERATION MARKERS AS PROSPECTIVE METHOD FOR CERVICAL INTRAEPITHELIAL NEOPLASIA EARLY DIAGNOSIS AND COURSE PREDICTION

Cervical cancer remains one of the most prevalent malignancies and one of the leading causes of cancer mortality worldwide. Effective cervical cancer screening system is known to be a crucial factor of the cervical cancer prevention. It allows diagnose the precancerous cervical lesions at the curable stage with good prognosis. Effective extension of cervical screening program is HPV-related tissue biomarkers identification their assessment being a helpful tool for determination of the further treatment strategy and outcome prediction.
